Cancellations and Returns
If, for any reason, you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, Leica Store Mayfair Online are happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided your item is returned in 'as new' condition having been only inspected and in the original packaging. This option is available for fourteen days from the date you receive your order.

In compliance with Consumer Contract Regulations 2014, Leica Store Mayfair Online will accept returned items even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund provided you notify us within fourteen days from the day you received the delivery. From notification of a wish to return the product(s) within fourteen days you have a further fourteen days in which to safely return this product to us at

All refunds will only be made once Leica Store Mayfair Online has received and inspected the returned item.

New products must be in 'as new' condition and returned in the original, undamaged inner and outer box packaging, along with any in-box accessories. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take all reasonable care of them and not use them. Any CDs or software must still be sealed.

If for any reason a product is returned for a refund that has been used, marked or no longer in 'new' condition Leica Store Mayfair Online reserves the right to deduct a reasonable charge from the refund.

Any "ex display or demonstration" product must be returned in the condition received along with any in-box accessories. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take all reasonable care of them and not use them.

We will provide a full refund for the cost of the product (in as new condition) plus the delivery charge paid (from original order). Refunds will be credited to your payment card made to make the purchase within seven days from receipt of your returned product. We do not cover the postage costs for returning the goods to Leica Store Mayfair Online.

Damaged Goods
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
On very rare occasions, a product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged product, please notify us within seven days from the date of delivery on 020 7629 1351 and we will either send you by email a UPS prepaid return label to enable you to return your order to us at no cost to you, or arrange direct for a UPS collection We will then either refund the cost of the product plus the delivery charges paid (from original order) or replace your product(s).

Faulty Goods
What happens if my item is faulty?
If the fault happens within twenty-eight days of the date of delivery, you have the option of either a refund or an exchange. In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty product please contact the Leica Store Mayfair Online team within seven days on 020 7629 1351 and we will send a pre-paid bag label or arrange for a UPS collection to enable you to return your order to us at no cost to you.

Please note that we may ask to inspect the goods to confirm any fault before a refund or an exchange is processed.
