21/03/09 - Our own dedicated Sales and Support Organisation
Following the extremely successful introduction of the Leica S System at the important industry shows Photokina and PMA, Leica Camera AG has decided to develop its own Sales and Support Organisation to cater for the needs of the professional camera market. The development of this organisation and the expansion of existing sales channels will see the integration of trading partners specialised in providing support for professional photographers. At the same time, we are investing in a dedicated support structure. This is designed to meet the specific requirements of professional photographers and simultaneously intended to provide the specialist dealers with additional support. Our aim is to provide photographers with support that is precisely tailored to match their needs. In collaboration with established and respected professional dealers, our future trading partners, we will offer a service and support concept that provides the greatest possible security and support for photographers working with the Leica S2. The concept includes integrated standard features such as a pool with replacement cameras and a leasing programme, as well as expert local contacts.
